This way, as you are getting ready to move out, you can take another video showcasing how each room has stayed intact, or what any additional wear and tear may look like. Ultimately, this is a great way to protect yourself beyond photographs that you may have.
- Take precautions. As you are moving all your belongings into the apartment or house, take precautions to ensure that you are avoiding any potential damages – at all costs! For example, try to use removable hooks or command strips for hanging items on the walls, and avoid scratches as much as you can.
- Stay organized. First and foremost, it is important to make sure that you stay organized with all paperwork and documents relating to the lease agreement. Make sure you thoroughly read through all the paperwork, so you know exactly what was agreed upon, especially as you are getting ready to move out.
