Brian DaSilva joined the real estate industry in 2006 when he and his wife decided to design and build their own home. That’s when Brian learned he had a lot of interest in building homes. He became invested in the process by purchasing homes and flipping them or buying land and building new construction homes. He’s not just educated in the process, but he has a keen eye for details, which can come in handy for his clients. Brian specializes in helping first-time home buyers and helping investors find multi-unit homes for rental properties or new construction homes. Brian is licensed in Massachusetts & Rhode Island. When he’s not working in the field, Brian loves being on his boat, fishing, watching the Patriots and Bruins.
