Derek DaRosa came to Milestone Realty from corporate America as a Senior Account Executive with 14 years of sales and customer service experience from the fast pace and intense trade show industry, traveling upwards of 150 days a year. As a real estate investor himself, and with a family at home, making a career change to the industry was easy. In his first year, Derek applied himself, sold just under $5 Million and became Rookie of the Year. His “can do” attitude makes him a hands-on agent and he helps clients in any way he can – filling dumpsters, raking trash, recommending contractors and more! Derek knows the buying or selling process can be stressful and intimidating but he believes you can make it fun and celebrate it whenever possible. In his free time, Derek enjoys family, friends, cooking, mountain biking, poker and feels happiest when he’s outside.
